These terms govern your use of the website operated by The Tool Shed Company, a division of TOOLSHEDLINE & CO. ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. What this website does
This website presents equipment available for hire and allows you to request a quotation. Submitting a quote request is an enquiry only — it is not an order and does not create a contract. A hire agreement comes into effect only when we confirm availability, pricing and terms in writing and you accept, subject to our Hire Terms & Conditions.
3. Product information
Equipment descriptions, specifications and imagery for Hilti products are reproduced from Hilti South Africa (hilti.co.za) and remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. "Hilti" is a registered trademark of Hilti Corporation. We take care to keep information accurate, but specifications and model availability may change; the quotation we issue is the authoritative statement of what is available and at what price.
4. Pricing and availability
Prices are not displayed on this website and all hire is quoted on application. Any pricing communicated informally (by phone, WhatsApp or email) is indicative only until confirmed in a written quotation. Equipment is subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse this website, including by submitting false or fraudulent enquiries, scraping or copying content at scale, interfering with the site's operation, or using it for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual property
The Tool Shed Company branding, logo, website design and original content are our property. Third-party trademarks and product materials remain the property of their owners and are used for identification purposes.
7. Liability
The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on information displayed on it.
